hey there. life is busy lately. i'll tell you that my party went well, but i'll tell you the rest later. i'll just end by saying that the best part of my party, besides the profit, was that it led to an excellent date. me, me, me. the worst part was a purse theft. luckily, it wasn't my purse.
about that date, right? it went well even though the orchard no longer offers u-pick 'em apples and we missed the last cheesy wagon tour. cider and donuts were enjoyed. after the orchard, dumb and dumber was viewed. after this, we went to an excellent party. the hosts of the party originally wanted to have the party the same night as mine, but upon learning how sweet mine was going to be, they postponed theirs.
today was topsy-turvy due to "first class together after the date nerves." these nerves were unfounded in the end because i came up with a great idea for our second date and i think she is looking forward to it (i am cooking dinner for her!). so all my inner whining was for nothing. in fact, my mood has improved so much that i was exhausted before talking to "her" and afterward i was so excited that i am watching tv, writing this wirelessly, and drinking wine to fall asleep.
in other good news, i got to take a few fun pictures for my independent study today, and i got to check out the new coffee shop around the corner. also, today held a much-needed trip to the grocery store, where i bought a case of beer along with all the staples!
