hey. life is OK. and not like meh...OK, i mean it with enthusiasm. dinner on saturday was a hit. we saw "a dirty shame" afterward. it was her idea. i never though it would see that movie. i must be on to something since i found a girl who lets me cook her dinner and then take her to an nc-17 film. we also hung out on friday, and she and her hiccups gave me a good laugh. we decided we are dating. we hung out and "watched" a movie yesterday before my night class, during which i got a stupid parking ticket. on saturday night she wants me to take her to the chick-inn, a sweet 50's drive in in town. i'll have to get the varsity sweater out.
where more cool fashion is concerned, i have made a successful silk screen of napoleon dynamite's phys-ed shirt. i haven't had a chance to print any shirts yet. my photography class is going well even though i haven't printed anything yet either. materials are being gathered and silver crystals are being transformed by focused light.
i will be a journalism student as of next semester. it's about time i did something besides complain and think about how useless a "communications technology" major is. i just have to bite the bullet now that i know i am taking a bunch of classes that i do not need. the journalism advisor was very nice, especially after i told her who my dad is. after i visited her, i went over to the student paper for an application and started chatting with some random girl that turned out to be the editor in chief. a few name drops got me hired before i even had the application in my hand!!
life is changing for the better. they even paved my street.
