hi. i have been on quite the musical expedition lately. i received all 3 wolfie full lenght albums from japan, and the anniversary/hot rod circuit 7" is in the mail. one more record by them and i have all of them because i am a freakin dork. today i went out and bought the zombies' "begin here." it's not the normal version and it has 22 songs. all the adults i have come across lately find it very odd that my friends and i listen to records and that a lot of those records contain music that they once listened to. first they struggle with the music they assume we listen to and then they struggle with the music they listened to and think we don't. they also don't think we know how to work a record player, which is annoying but kind of true because they have a lot more controls than you would think. i don't know why the hell i am talking about this. it is probably because rachel never called me back tonight and i have been eating reese's pieces. the shins sound nice, but they sound much nicer when you are stoned and in a hot tub up north. -nate
