1. a dj from EMU's NPR station was fired for voicing a pro-war opinion. he was on the o'reilly factor. although it is shitty for him to have been fired for voicing an opinion, unfunded radio is not allowed to voice unsolicited opinions on anything, so it WAS policy. in addition the guy was pro-war.

2. apparently they think they have killed saddam. that was the whole mission of this thing, but that just hit me right now. it feels kind of unsettling to hear that they may have killed this guy we have been hearing about for so many years, even though he is supposed to be the devil or whatever.
